How can I reach my investment goal after 5 years

I have funds close to 30 lakhs in mutual funds. My current age is 29 and my goal is to accumulate 1 crore in next 5 years. Current allocation is 60% debt funds and 40% in equities. I save 35,000 monthly in equity mutual funds and 2 lacs every year in debt funds. Please suggest if I should transfer some money from debt to equity or increase my monthly investments. I cannot defer my goal and I could increase my savings to any limit. I am a moderately conservative investor?

Where should I park my money for 1 to 2 years

I would like to park about 5 Lakhs in debt MF. Aim is to utilize principal and return towards Payments for real estate which are expected in an years time frame. However, I am not sure if I should put this money in Liquid v/s Ultra Short or Short Term v/s Long Term Debt Fund. My investment horizon is between 1 to 2 years. Any suggestion on what is best suited in this case? Any particular funds which are likely to give more returns? How much diversification is recommended in this case? Park 5 Lakhs in 1 fund or take 2-3 funds?
