If I close SIP before completion of 10 years or part withdraw then what will be the charges

While investing online to SIP MF on any AMC website, they ask for time period of SIP. If I opt 10 years and later on due to some reason I Close SIP before completion of 10 years or part withdraw then what will be the charges? Secondly If I opt 5 years and if later on I want to increase tenure more than 5 years then can it be done? If yes then any charges of this?

Can I invest in ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund and Reliance Regular Savings Fund Equity option

I am planning to invest lump-sum amount of 1 to 1.5 lacs in Dividend payout option which pays monthly/ quarterly or yearly. My requirement is I should get decent return from the fund with good dividend payout as ready to block this for 3-5 years term. My research suggests: 1. ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund(D), 2. Reliance Regular Savings Fund - Equity Option(D).
