Kotak Mutual Fund Announces Dividends

Notice is hereby given that Kotak Mahindra Trustee Company Limited; the Trustees to Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has approved declaration of dividend subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus and NAV growth, under following schemes in accordance with the Scheme Information Document of the respective schemes with record date being March 20, 2019:

#Distribution of the above dividend is subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus on the Record Date.

Note: The Payment of Dividend will be subject to deduction of applicable dividend distribution tax.

Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV(s) of the Dividend Options under the Scheme(s) would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy if any.

All Unit Holders/ Beneficial Owners of the quarterly and half yearly dividend option of the above schemes, whose name appears in the records of the Registrar, Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd./ Depositories as on March 20, 2019, will be entitled to receive the dividend.
