I am running SIP in the following funds from 2014 with an aim to continue for next 15 yrs for building my retirement corpus. 1. HDFC Equity – Rs. 1,500, 2. HDFC Mid Cap Opportunity Fund – Rs. 3,000, 3. Franklin High Growth Companies Fund – Rs. 1,500, 4. ICICI Value Discovery Fund – Rs. 1,500, 5. Birla MNC Fund – Rs. 1,500, 6. SBI Pharma Fund – Rs. 1,500. Total SIP investment per month is Rs. 10,500. I request your valuable reply about my portfolio/ alternate fund suggestions to ensure my safe retirement life?

Should I forget my Mutual Fund investments for next 20 years and then start SWP for retirement

I am NRI aged 32 now, shifted to India with my all savings and starting IT Software Business in India. Currently, I have invested 40,00,000 lump sum investment in top large cap, mid cap and small cap funds. And I am doing SIP of 20,000 rupees per month for next 20 years. I am staying with my dad in his house and owned car. I am married and going to be Dad this year. Overall, I don't have any major expenses for next 20 years. I got some questions for my investments now. 1. Should I keep my all savings in mutual funds or invest in Real estate as well? 2. What about be my correct asset allocation for me? Currently I have 90% investment in Equities and 10% cash in Banks to apply for good IPOs. 3. How much money I would required total to retire in age of 50 (18 more years to go from now)? 4.
