What would be an aggressive portfolio with safety

If the mutual fund portfolio is aggressive it can not be safe. You have to understand that safe funds will be lesser aggressive and thus provide lesser return than that of aggressive portfolio in the long run.

Your investment horizon is 20 years and you are young, therefore, to create an aggressive portfolio you can invest in diversified equity funds or mid & small cap funds although they will not provide you safety.
