Please check my Mutual Fund selection and let me know if suitable for long term and there is any overlap

1. ICICI Pru Focused Bluechip, 2. Franklin India Flexi Cap, 3. Quantum Long Term Equity, 4. DSPBR Micro Cap, 5. Axis Long Term Equity, 6. Franklin India Tax Shield, All Direct-Growth Fund. 1-4 linked to Long Term Goals & 5-6 80C Tax Saving/Retirement. Please review the fund selection and the overlap if any. Whether the fund are diversified or too much overlap. Please suggest?

Your fund selection is good and covers various market cap segments. ICICI Prudential Focused Bluechip Equity is a large cap fund. Franklin India Flexi Cap and Quantum Long Term Equity are diversified equity funds. DSP BlackRock Microcap is a small/midcap fund. In Advisorkhoj, we believe that, diversified equity (or multicap or flexicap) funds should form the core of a retail investor’s long term portfolio. Large cap funds provide a degree of stability with respect to downside protection in volatile markets, whereas small/midcap funds outperform other equity fund categories in the long term, their short term volatility notwithstanding.

With respect to tax saver or ELSS funds, Axis Long Term Equity Fund and Franklin India Taxshield are among the best ELSS funds.
