How to get annual statement of SBI Magnum Tax Gain Scheme investment

My name is M.Kalees Waran. I wish to know about SBI Mutual Fund from you. I took SBI Magnum Tax Gain Scheme last year. My folio number is 15628604. This scheme is applicable for income tax concession. I need my annual statement. So I request you reply me where I can get the annual statement. Further I have been maintaining my savings bank account at Aravakurichi, SBI bank. My account no is 20135310465. I asked my statement from the bank. But they did not respond me. Please do reply?

There are two ways that you can get your account statement of SBI Magunm TaxGain Scheme -

1. Contact SBI Mutual Fund using this link https://www.sbimf.com/en-us/investor-corner/investor-services/statement-of-account and submit your Folio number or PAN Number. If your email Id is registered with them, you will get the statement instantaneously. If your email ID is not registered with SBI Mutual Fund, then you can register your email ID with them using the said link and get the statement online.

Alternatively, you can call SBI Mutual Fund at 18004255425 or write at customer.delight@sbimf.com

2. Visit www.camsonline.com and click on this link https://www.camsonline.com/InvestorServices/COL_ISAccountStatementCKF.aspx. If your email ID is registered with CAMS/ SBI Mutual Fund then you can get the accounts statement by entering your folio number and PAN number.
