Are the returns on research page annual or cumulative

The 3-year or 5-year return for top performing mutual funds on your website, is it average return per year for the past 3 or 5 years, or is it cumulative return for the past 3 or 5 years?

For Top Performing Mutual Funds https://www.advisorkhoj.com/mutual-funds..., the returns shown for the period of 1 year is absolute return and the returns shown for the periods greater than 1 year is annualized returns or average return per year, as you have mentioned.
