Which is the best mid and small cap fund

It is very difficult to say which is the number one fund in mid and small cap category or for that matter any of the mutual fund categories.

However, please note that Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund and DSP BlackRock Micro Cap Fund is not accepting any lump sum investments. However, Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund is accepting SIP and STPs.

With regards to L&T Emerging Businesses fund, please note that even though the fund has given decent returns in the last one year, we will not comment on the this fund in absence of any long term established performance track record.
