Which plan can give me 12 percent dividend payable monthly

I want to invest 10 lacs which will give some monthly dividend may be about Rs. 12000 per month. Which plan you can recommend to me. This is for 10 years?

Kindly note that no scheme in mutual fund can guarantee you 12% monthly dividends. In fact, the dividends are not assured in mutual funds - neither the quantum of the dividend nor the dividend payout frequency or date.
