What is Indexation Benefit and how is it calculated? Suggest some ideally good balanced fund with monthly dividend payout for the senior citizens?

However, please note that indexation will not apply in case of investments in balanced funds as long term capital gains (investment of more than year) is tax free in case of balanced and equity funds.
