Is it possible to calculate the value and returns of STP only of the capital appreciation from one scheme to the other scheme

Is it possible to calculate the value and returns of STP only of the capital appreciation from one scheme to the other scheme? For Example: If one had invested an amount of Rs. 10 lacs in Franklin Ultra Short Bond Fund - Growth Option since inception of that scheme and then systematically transferred only the capital appreciation to say, Franklin India Prima Plus - Growth Option, then what would have been the value of his 10 Lacs and what would have been the rate of return. Please inform?
