As a senior citizen where should I invest

I am 65 years old Sr. citizen and want to invest 15 lacks. Please guide me where and how to invest. I have not any other source of income?

Within mutual funds you have two option - MIPs and Balanced Funds. Balanced funds are more riskier than MIPs but have given better return as the equity component is higher in balanced funds.
