As a moderate risk taker, you can invest in balanced funds. You can choose any two funds from ICICI Prudential Balanced Fund, HDFC Balanced Fund, SBI Magnum Balanced Fund, DSP BlackRock Balanced Funds and L&T India Prudence Fund.

Over a period of 10 years, you can expect a return of around 12% from balanced funds and therefore, your SIP corpus could be Rs 35 Lakhs against your investment of Rs 18 Lakhs!

Happy investing in SIPs and thanks for writing to Advisorkhoj!
