Are my funds underperforming and should I switch to other funds

I have invested lumpsum Rs 1.50 lacs each in Sbi Magnum Multiplier fund and Sbi Magnum Golbal Fund since 2006. Both the funds are not performing now. Should I switch to some other Funds. If yes, please suggest 4 funds?

SBI Magnum Multiplier has given more 20% return in the last 12 months and more than 21% annualized returns over the last 3 years. In our view the performance of the fund in the last 3 years or so is quite good. SBI Magnum Global has been underperforming for sometime. You consider shifting to Reliance Small Cap Fund, Franklin India Smaller Companies Fund, Canara Robeco Emerging Equities or Principal Emerging Bluechip Fund.
