Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund launches Franklin India Low Duration Fund

NFO period: 25^th February – 05^th March, 2025

Highlights of the NFO:

• Scheme type – An open ended Low duration debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 6 months to 12 months


• Investment objective – The objective of the scheme is to generate income by investing in debt and money market instruments, with Macaulay duration of the portfolio between 6 to 12 months. However, there is no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be achieved.


• Product suitability – This product is suitable for investors who are seeking regular income for short term by investing in a portfolio of low duration debt & money market securities.


• Minimum Application Amount – First investment is Rs. 5,000/- and in multiples of Rs. 1/- thereafter


• Plan/ Options available – Regular plan & Direct plan having Growth Option and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal (IDCW) Option (with Payout of Income Distribution cum capital withdrawal option and Reinvestment of Income Distribution cum capital withdrawal option).
