SUNIL SUBRAMANIAM Appointed as CEO of Sundaram AMC

Mr. Sunil Subramaniam has been appointed the CEO of Sundaram Asset Management Company (effective July 1, 2015). Prior to becoming CEO, he was the Deputy CEO of Sundaram AMC. He has also been inducted into the Board of Directors as a Whole Time Director.

Mr. Sunil Subramaniam joined Sundaram Mutual in September 2005. In his tenure spanning over nine and half years, he has handled various roles - Vice President (Retail Distribution), Executive Director (Sales and Marketing), Director (Sales and Global Operations) and most recently Deputy CEO. He is also on the Board of Sundaram Asset Management Singapore Pte. Ltd.

During the time he has been with Sundaram Mutual, the AUM of Sundaram AMC has seen manifold growth. He has also been instrumental in driving highly successful NFOs and retail focused sales that have helped Sundaram AMC build a strong base.

Mr. Sunil Subramaniam has completed his Master in Business Administration from The Open University Business School, London and is an M.Sc graduate from IIT, Madras. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

He has 31 years of work experience in the financial services sector across MNC, Public sector and Private sector companies. The companies he has worked with include State Bank of India, American Express Bank and Bank of America.
