Notice Cum Addendum: Change in Default Option of Kotak Equity Arbitrage Fund and Discontinuation of Options

I. Change in Default Option of Kotak Equity Arbitrage Fund

Effect August 17, 2017, the default option of Kotak Equity Arbitrage Fund, an open ended equity growth scheme of Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund is being revised as under:-

Investors are advised to select the correct option at the time making investment application. In case, if no option is selected then the investment application will be considered as under:

II. Discontinuation of Subscriptions

Kotak Mahindra Trustee Company Ltd; the Trustee of Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (the Fund) has approved discontinuation of subscriptions (including switch-ins) under the following Options of the respective schemes w.e.f.August 17, 2017:

• Kotak Multi Asset Allocation Fund - Direct Plan - Monthly Dividend Option


• Kotak Corporate Bond Fund - Direct Plan - Quarterly Dividend Option


• Kotak Low Duration Fund - Direct Plan - Normal Dividend Option

All other terms of the Schemes remains unchanged. This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of Scheme Information Document and Key Information Memorandum of the Scheme as amended from time to time.
