Notice cum Addendum - Change in Fund Name MIP to Sundaram Regular Savings Fund

Change in the name of the Fund - Sundaram Monthly Income Plan - Conservative Plan

Presently, Sundaram Monthly Income Plan has two plans viz. Sundaram Monthly Income Plan - Aggressive and Conservative. It has been decided to carve out Sundaram Monthly Income Plan - Conservative from the MIP Segment and classify it under Fixed Income catagory and rename it as Sundaram Regular Saving Fund with effect from 01/12/2016. The Trustees have approved the change in the name of the Fund.

Apart from the above, there is no change in the fundamental attributes, asset allocation and investment strategy of the fund. All other terms and conditions of the Scheme Information will remain unchanged.

This addendum froms an intregral part of the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) / Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Sundaram Monthly Income Plan-Conservative Plan.
