L&T Dynamic Equity Fund and L&T India Prudence Fund Announces Dividends

Notice is hereby given that:

1. Declaration of dividend

L&T Mutual Fund Trustee Limited, the Trustees to L&T Mutual Fund ("the Fund"), has approved declaration of dividend (subject to adequacy and availability of distributable surplus) under the dividend options of the below mentioned schemes on January 25, 2017, the record date ("Record Date") as given under:

Pursuant to payment of dividend, NAV per unit of the dividend options of the aforesaid schemes will fall to the extent of the payment and statutory levy (if any).

Past performance of the aforesaid schemes may or may not be sustained in future.

The dividend will be paid to those unit holders, whose names appear in the register of unit holders of the aforesaid schemes as at the close of the business hours on the Record Date.

Under the dividend re-investment facility, the dividend declared will be re-invested at the ex-dividend NAV.

Please note that in case the aforesaid Record Date falls on a non-business day, the next business day would be considered as the Record Date.

2. Closure of Investors Service Centre ("ISC") of L&T Investment Management Limited ("LTIML")

With effect from January 21, 2017,the ISC of LTIML at the below mentioned location will be discontinued:

3. Change in the address of service centre of Computer Age Management Services Private Limited ("CAMS"), the Registrar and Transfer Agent to the schemes of the Fund

With effect from February 1, 2017, the address of the service centre of CAMS, located at Bardwan will change and the new address will be as follows:
