DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund Declared Dividend under India TIGER Fund and Balanced Fund

NOTICE is hereby given that DSP BlackRock Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd., the Trustee to DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund (the Fund) has, vide Resolution dated February 21, 2016 declared dividend in the Dividend Option under Regular plan of DSP BlackRock India T.I.G.E.R. Fund, an Open ended diversified Scheme and Regular and Direct plan of DSP BlackRock Balanced Fund, an Open ended balanced Scheme (Collectively referred as “Scheme”) of the Fund, the particulars of which are as under:

Record Date: February 26, 2016

Distribution of the above dividend is subject to the availability and adequacy of distributable surplus.

Pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the Dividend Options under the above mentioned plans of the Schemes concerned would fall to the extent of payout and statutory levy, if any.

Dividend will be paid to all those Unit Holders / Beneficial Owners, in the Dividend Option (s) of the aforesaid Schemes, whose names appear in the records of the Registrar and Transfer Agent, Computer Age Management Services Pvt. Ltd. / Statement of Beneficiary Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Record Date.
