March 3, 2021, Mumbai: Sundaram Mutual has launched a WhatsApp based servicing platform for its existing investors.Branded as the Wise Guide, the platform enables users to get reports on their investments or look at details of other funds.
Users can explore funds, get the NAV of their funds, portfolio valuation, account statements, check the NFO pipeline and more through the WhatsApp chatbot. The Wise Guide also has an in-built SIP calculator, and a branch locator to help investors find offices of Sundaram Mutual and their RTA KFin Technologies. Investors can also request for a call back from a Customer Relationship Officer.
